    How did they catch him?

  3. @nehemiahpouncey3607

Cause they keep trying to put it
On the market which is a no no.

  4. @nehemiahpouncey3607

    South Carolina ain't taking no
    Chances.

  5. @ElvenMighty

Given he used photos of real children to make that content i think he does deserve jail time. Even if the original photos weren't pornographic in nature. Is like making a pornographic collage out of innocent pictures of children.

If it had been ai porn of 100% fictional, non-existent children it would be more tricky but still… Weird to say the least.

  6. @SilentHillFetishist

Human generated Simpsons porn (comics) with Bart… is legal. An Australian judge misused his authority to enforce his personal belief and punished a consumer. There is no victim in porn with dedicated cartoon characters.

  7. @jimdim-r9e

    anybody remeber loli art?

  8. @Bobi-d6h

Its not illegal cause its weird, its illegal because there are victims involved and trauma, its an ai, no victims involved

  9. @jude3180

Take it away if you want but these people will just start making made up kids and using that. You cannot stop or regulate this. GO find a cure for the disease they have… Stop trying to fight the signs and symptoms. Hell ai robots are next so this problem isn't going anywhere. Pisses me off you same people will fight racism and sexism and jod knows what else but can't empathize with someone with this disease. They didn't choose this. You didn't choose to love the nasty crap you do but you do. It's biology even if it is flawed. Cure the disease or stop complaining.

  10. @DominicanMarine129

The fact that it's not a crime is disturbing. Because you know that sickles are gonna try to implement this, and the left is definitely gonna use this. The left wants to implement stuff like this slowly into our society. If they allow kids to go sex change operations at such a young age, imagine what else they want these young kids to do. I'd tell everybody liberalism is a mental disorder

  11. @storydavid8

    Why didn't he use overwatch

  12. @j.louisv.123

This is just the beginning of this Ai; erotica. This will happen again and again. Adjusting the laws to deal with it needs to happen now, NOW !! If it goes unchecked any longer; these sick men will take it beyond comprehension !!!

  13. @vasstagoarchipelagus5954

So long there is a human behind some case. They can arrest anybody. But when machines (a.i.) start to produce it. They can not arrest anybody but all they can do is change the law, what was today legal, will be tomorrow illegal. They try to control human mind and your fantasies and set up some limits.πŸ˜…Grazy world ! One country to produce A.I. CP will be forerunner and is JapanπŸ‡―πŸ‡΅

My opinion is if there is "childerotic" where is not real children at all and nobody has been abused, that is only fantasy, fake life, art…should be legal.

As i said, funniest part is when A.I. starts to produce CE /CP itself, then are you going to arrest machines ???πŸ˜‚or human consumers? πŸ˜‚

Lil bit same thing that when prostitution is legal but buying it is illegal. So human consumers are always guilty !!!πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  14. @v.a.993

    No racist comments, huh?

  15. @Anthony-rj6is

AI porn is a cartoon and fake set the man free.

  16. @jerichosharman470

as bad as it is, i dont think it should be illegal. like having a movie that glorifies criminal life is not guilty of living a criminal life. also , child porn involves actual victims. the basis for making ai child porn is purely fear. fear that it will encourage actual child harm. and laws shouldnt be based on fear of what might happen .

  17. @Demonoicgamer666

If AI child porn is stopping pedos from touching kids then we should allow it because it is having a positive impact that is stopping abuse.

  18. @MrSulu14

I have done humorous edits on FaceinHole including putting faces on shirtless bodies, but they were always wearing pants. I have also used AI to make shirtless images with feminine faces for genderbending purposes, but always with pants.

This is how fiction should be treated: Nothing is true, so everything is permitted. We are allowed to depict murder, treason, and all sorts of other crimes in fiction, unlawful sex is just one of these crimes.

However, as the lawyer pointed out in the video, it ceases being fiction the moment it is disseminated and brought to the knowledge of the model: at that moment, not before, it instantly becomes one of the most heinous crimes that we can imagine and it must be punished with a very heavy hand.

Let's forget high tech and come back to the core of what happens. Please bear with me: I must tell a story to explain this. It's the story of a confession in a Roman catholic community. This story actually happened, as far as I can tell.

A young man (not me, not even someone I know: it's a story that I read) β€” a young man, that is, confessed to a priest. He said he had masturbated thinking about a young girl from his village, possibly with the aid of an entirely decent photograph. He gave the girl's name. It being a small community, the priest knew her. He asked if she knew anything about the young man doing this, and the young man replied that she did not. After hearing the facts, the priest gave his verdict: penance, on the grounds that the girl had been defiled. The aim of the penance was to wipe out the defilement.

This sounds stupid to me, very stupid, but I am ready to accept that this was the right thing to do for the priest in this case. Only because priests are authorised to punish sin. Had the priest been a judge, there would have been no case. No criminal justice system is or should be authorised to punish sin. Judges do not exist to enforce morality, but to enforce the law, and the law can only deal with crime. No victim, no crime.

Nothing the young man did was reprehensible in the eyes of the law. Nothing whatsoever even if, in a version of the story transposed to the 21st century, he helped his imagination imagine things by using one of those applications designed to associate a face with a naked body, or a similar technological tool, rather than a low-tech, decent portrait..

  20. @mishussy

Well it fucking should be illegal!!!!

  21. @DiewandelndenToten

1:29 her question & his answer of stating "ai c**d porn is legal" is the entire purpose of this news story. Its basically an advertisement to all pedos how to skirt the law.

  22. @thatone2586

This is gross, I do not care how anyone tries to cut it. If you are aroused by children go get help or go live in a hole by yourself.

  23. @adden2242

    weirdos everywhere LOL πŸ˜†πŸ˜
