Man arrested for voyeurism and child pornography after Chipotle incident in Ohio

A man has been arrested on charges of voyeurism and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor following an incident at a Chipotle restaurant in Grove City.

On August 19, a woman reported to police that a man was taking inappropriate photographs of her and a 12-year-old juvenile at the Chipotle located on Stringtown Road.

The suspect, identified as 53-year-old Dustin Bishop, was allegedly taking pictures down the juvenile’s shirt and up the adult woman’s shorts with his cell phone. The juvenile’s mother confronted Bishop with the help of a Chipotle employee. They viewed the images on Bishop’s phone and made him delete them before he left the store. The woman managed to note the license plate of Bishop’s vehicle, which was linked to two similar complaints in 2023 involving photographs of females at a Kroger.
