Producing child porn is a much more serious crime than just possession of child porn materials. Viewing is victimization but production is hands on victimization and of course production is sales and distribution which is Federal. I’m betting life in prison if not a man in middle age getting 30 years? Still a life sentence. He’s not only creating content he’s abusing the victims and profiting from them and the Judge is going to make an example out of him. I work in the treatment of sex offenders this fellow is as bad as they get and I believe that his wife had no idea
