Butte College officer arrested for child pornography possession and distribution

A cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children ultimately led to the arrest of Allen Charles on the morning of Aug. 28. The organization is a non-profit dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of minors.
