    Let’s dissect this.
She took the photos and sent them on a company phone.

    Rules of engagement
    1. Never engage into personal activity with coworkers.
    2. Always remember a company phone and its contents are not yours.

Then when o boy got tired of her he gave them to his coworkers and HR.

Yes, he committed a crime. However, the level of stupidity is unfathomable. So, really the company is protecting themselves by violating company policy. She had a great career to throw it away that easy. The guy obviously wanted her job. Sounds like she needs Jesus too.

This is horrible. I'm glad that she lawyered up.

Read the whole law, she used a company phone to do it which means she did not have a reasonable expectation of privacy in doing so. This law doesn’t apply. And furthermore she doesn’t know this guy did it she’s assuming. She did it with her work phone and HR can just as much see what is being done with the phone, HR most likely pulled the images and chats from the phone after the accusation. Lesson to learn, be appropriate in the work place and you won’t get fired, should the other party she sent them to have been forced to be subjected to sexual harassment? They reported it to HR and now she’s trying to be vindictive.

She sends pictures of herself on Snapchat and now it's everyone else's fault.😅😅😅
    Got it.

  5. @DeeGee-i8k

So it's okay for her to share the photos.Just no one else can share them
Sounds like a great law. You made there, Ohio.

Ive had the same situation with Avon PD with a suspect who raped me and said he was harassing stalking and menacing and the black officer was laughing when I said I was raped by this person and said how do u know hes playing on your phone and basically shamed me as well for even meeting the guy at his house before I was raped by him.

  9. @someoneelse9271

She shared porn with a colleague at work? Sounds like she should be fired 🤷🏻‍♂️
