Man arrested in Sherman for possession of child pornography
On Monday morning, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Harvin Esquivel Quintanilla on charges of possession of child pornography.

Another piece of advice I'd give for parents is to block ALL access to downloading the Tor browser, which is needed to access the dark web. There are several free DNS-based filters out there one can set up on their computer, all of which, among other things, block access to the Tor browser website.
