Sounds to me like humanity needs to make the planet an unsafe place for sexual predators and execution for every child rapists on earth. Starting with the presidents, down to the local leaders, and then the citizens.
The fact they get a chance to stay at a crowbar hotel while we pay for their stay is fucking ridiculous.
