The FBI has arrested and charged 40-year-old Joshua Finney from Spring, Texas, for receiving and distributing child pornography. According to court documents, Finney exchanged sexual messages and graphic child abuse material with Arthur Fernandez, who was arrested by the FBI in December 2023 for abusing children in the Galleria’s bathroom.
