Celina police found 38 victims in former coach Caleb Elliott’s child pornography case, chief says
Celina Police Chief John Cullison says the department has officially concluded its investigation into former teacher and coach Caleb Elliott. Caleb Elliott has been indicted on multiple federal child pornography charges. According to the Celina Police Department, 38 victims have been identified.
