Delayed arrest of UTSA professor on child pornography charges raises questions

A University of Texas at San Antonio professor, Zaid Mashhour Haddad, was arrested this week on federal child pornography charges, nearly four years after FBI agents allegedly caught him watching child pornography in his home. The charges stem from an incident in July 2021, according to an affidavit.
