Florida Teacher Busted with AI Porn of His Students: Cops
David McKeown, a middle school teacher at United Brethren in Christ Academy, was arrested after a tip revealed his alleged involvement in creating alleged child sexual abuse material. Investigators believe McKeown may have used AI technology to create pornographic content with photos of his own students as references. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber spoke with Professor Mary Fan of the University of Washington School of Law about the lurid implications.

So hear me out I think at some point the AI companies who are developing this software that is being used to make all of this childpornography should be liable at some point. Since AI has boastingly claimed to be so sophisticated then why are these programs not differentiating between content that is acceptable and isn’t acceptable? How can the programs not know that a child’s likeness with these types of materials and actions is not OK. AI already in itself is death to society and is in dangerous dangerous territory when it comes to many things, but this one is the tip of the iceberg and if people don’t figure this out and lawyers don’t get involved and regulations don’t start. This is just the beginning. I think once a big company is sued because they’ve created a tool that can make this type of material that’s gonna be the biggest and best way to fight this.
