A fundamental misunderstanding of AI. Yes the txt to img ai's are trained on real photos but when it comes time to render a new photo it starts from scratch based on it's training data. So you will never ever see someone you know in an ai generated image unless the author explicitly uses a particular photo. This should be illegal but generating ai images will never use the photo of an existiing purpose. While we're on the topic why is it legal to publish that famous photo of the man from vietnam being shot in the head. That is a real person and everytime a family member sees that it causes harm to them. It's sad that people are going to jail because our govt doesn't understand tech and also how it allows a double standard. Typical.
