Monroe County man arrested for child pornography possession

A Monroe County man has been arrested after detectives discovered over 100 photographs of child porn on his devices.

In July 2023, the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department said it became involved in investigating a child sexual abuse complaint. A search warrant was served in Aug. 2023 at the residence of Andrew Shane Lilly, 50, along Robyn Lane in Pocono Lake.
