Man arrested for what police call “one of the worst child porn cases”
Andre Brewer was arrested March 28 on nine counts of possession of child pornography with aggravating factor following an investigation into his July 2023 arrest. 13News reporter Chase Houle reports from Adams Street where Andre Brewer was arrested Thursday.
